The rental price of the apartment varies depending on the dates.

Payment Schedule

• 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% of prepaid payments are refundable if cancelled 14 days or more before arrival.
• 50% of prepaid payments are refundable if cancelled 7 days or more before arrival.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival.

Security Deposit

A €1000 pre-authorization will be held 1 day before arrival and released 3 days after departure.
